This small, three-barrel cuvée, named in honor of proprietor Giorgio Furioso’s mother, is meant to represent the more lush and savory side of our Trovato Vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton. The nose offers enchanting notes of raspberry, strawberry, mint and wet stone, but its time in new oak also brings woodsy aromas of sandalwood and dried cedar. Darker fruited in the mouth, the palate gives black fruits, sanguine notes, and blood orange on the finish.
