In 2021, we were lucky to come across a new vineyard in the Chehalem Mountain AVA. Named “Five Peaks”, for its breathtaking views of the beautiful Cascade mountain range surrounding this site. After seeing the quality of the vines and their fruit, we promptly secured a deal with the growers and on September 21st we harvested 5 tons of Dijon 777 clone Pinot Noir. The rest, as they say, is history and today we are proud to release this first edition of our 2021 Five Peaks Pinot Noir.

Brimming with boysenberry, red apple skin, sour cherry, and cinnamon, this wine gives us a rustic and brambly quality that is both lush and uniquely Oregon. The palate offers tart blueberry and huckleberry with notes of fresh juniper and rosemary. A texturally complex wine, the Five Peaks Pinot Noir promises to become even more exuberant with 1-2 years aging.
